All pricing is charged per event, not per day.
HST applies to all rentals and services.
Elevated Event Services
Decor Set-Up & Take-Down
Let our team professionally install and remove your décor so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Pricing is customized based on scope and design complexity.
Day-of Coordination
Professional on-site coordination to ensure your wedding day flows seamlessly. Includes two 45-minute planning meetings prior to your event.
$690 – Up to 9 hours
$900 – Up to 12 hours
Deposits & Payments
A deposit of $100–$250 is required to reserve your rentals (e-transfer preferred).
Deposits are fully refundable when full cancellation is made 90 days or more prior to your event date. Changes may be made up to 60 days prior to your event with no penalty.
Within 60 days, cancelled items are subject to a 50% rental fee.
Full payment is due by pick-up. Cash or credit card accepted in person.
Pick-Up & Returns
Flexible scheduling is available. You may designate someone else for pick-up or return.
Typical timing:
• Pick up as early as Thursday
• Return by Monday at 6:00 PM

Delivery and/or pick-up service is available for your convenience.
Fees are calculated via Google Maps from our location to your venue.
Orders under $200*
$25 for first 25 km + $0.60/km thereafter
Orders over $200*
FREE for first 25 km + $0.60/km thereafter
Pick-ups after 8:00 PM incur additional service fees starting at $250.
